First day with snow on the ground

I have been enjoying my adelphia.net home page. It lets me customize my website and one of the sites I have showing when I open up the home page is the weather. There didn't seem to be a forecast snow today but I sure woke up with it. I just instantly felt happier. The sky was blue and the ground was white.

Ivan and I went on one of our most wonderful hikes! We had the Nature Conservancy all to ourselves. We went on the trail for one hour and he ran around just loving it! It was nice to see all the white around us. I wasn't even that nervous walking by myself. I just felt wonderful! It was the best time and Ivan truly enjoyed himself!

On monday, we will be having our dine-a-round group of 5 couples over for Monday Night Football social. It will be the last gathering of friends at our 1304 Maple house. It will be a special night. After 10 years of living in this house, it's finally time to move on.

So, tomorrow will a full day that consists of attending church, going for a hike and cooking for Monday. I'm looking forward to it.
